Well, just like that, another wonderful school year has come to an end!

As we head into summer, I hope our students and families enjoy a well-deserved break filled with sunshine, adventures, family time, and maybe even a little extra sleeping in. Our students have worked incredibly hard this year, and we are so proud of all they have accomplished.

While the halls of Xóots may be a little quieter this summer, our team will already be busy preparing for another amazing school year. The school office will reopen in early August, and class placement information will be sent to families at that time.

A few important dates for next year:

• Meet Your Teacher: August 18, from 2:00-3:00

• First day of school: August 19, 2026

• All first grade students will begin school on August 18.

• Kindergarten students will participate in a staggered start during the first few days of school. Families will receive their child's assigned start date in August.

• Kindergarten and First Grade schedules now align! Kindergarten students will follow the same school day as our first graders, with dismissal at 2:25 PM Monday–Thursday and 1:25 PM on Fridays.

Thank you for sharing your children with us this year. It is truly a privilege to be part of their learning journey. We can't wait to welcome everyone back in August for another year of learning, growing, and making memories together.
